Middle School Sports Registration

Hello Parents!   

Pre-registration for Spring Sports has officially opened! Here is some information to help you support your student in pre-registering for Jubilee REACH sports this season.  

• Pre-registration Period: March 17^th – March 28^th  
• Season Length: April 14^th – May 30^th  

 

Sports Offered:   

1. Jubilee REACH Boys Basketball  

• Practices M, T, Th, F - 3:45pm to 4:45pm
• Games W - 3:15pm to 5:00pm 

2. Jubilee REACH Girls Soccer 

• Practices M, T, Th, F - 3:45pm to 4:45pm
• Games W – 3:15pm to 5:00pm 

3. Girls Golf partnered with First Tee  

• Practices Tuesdays @ 3:45pm
• Practice takes place at Crossroads Par 3 15801 NE 15th St, Bellevue, WA 98008. 
• Transportation to practice is provided. No available returning transportation (students must be picked up from the golf course). 

  

Students must arrange their own transportation home from their school on practice and game days.

 

Pre-registration takes place through Microsoft Forms and can only be accessed through your students' BSD email. If more students pre-register than we have capacity to accommodate, a lottery system will be used to determine student placement on a team or waitlist.  

Students should only pre-register if they can commit to participating in practices and games for the length of the season. 

 

Please review the steps below for more information.  

Step 1: Emails and reminders are sent to students   

• All students will receive an email on Monday, March 17^th, with instructions on how to register as well as a link to the pre-registration form. This information will be in MS Teams. The form must be completed by your student and can only be accessed through their BSD email account.  

Step 2: Pre-registration closes 

• The form will be open for 2 weeks and will automatically stop accepting responses on Friday, March 28^th at 11:59pm.  

Step 3: Families are notified of placement 

• The week before the season begins, all students who submitted a pre-registration form will receive an email notification informing them of their placement on a team roster or waitlist.
